Forklift Fatality Brings $130K in Fines Against Distribution Center

A Georgia warehouse operator faces $130,112 in penalties by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration after a worker was killed by a forklift in Savannah.  OSHA cited Dollar Tree Distribution Center for exposing workers to struck-by and other hazards after an inspection in response to the fatality in April.
