Flagstone Re Merges Subsidiaries in Bermuda

Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited announced Monday today that it will restructure its global reinsurance operations by merging its two wholly owned subsidiaries, Flagstone Reinsurance Limited of Bermuda and Flagstone Réassurance Suisse SA.The subsidiaries will be merged into one operating platform within the carrier's existing Bermuda branch, Flagstone said in a press release.
