Board Asks Parties to Curb Duplicate Forms

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board posted a bulletin on Friday asking parties to refrain from submitting forms in multiple formats. “The quality of customer service diminishes when resources must be dedicated to sorting through duplicate forms to resolve an issue,” stated Board Chairwoman Clarissa M.
