Commission Posts Links to 3 Liquidation Orders

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has posted links to liquidation orders for three insurance companies on its website.The companies are Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co. (AMIC) and Centennial Insurance Co., which were placed in liquidation April 27 in New York Supreme Court, and Reinsurance Co. of America, which was placed in liquidation in Cook County Circuit Court on April 27.The commission advises that "no findings, orders, judgments, or penalties should be made until either an applicable stay order is satisfied or the liquidation is completed."Consult the liquidation orders for...
