The attorney for former North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance (WSI) Director Sandy Blunt has asked a district judge to grant a new trial because prosecutors allegedly withheld evidence in the case, the Associated Press reported.Bismarck attorney Mike Hoffman, Blunt's attorney, filed the motion for a new trial Thursday with South Central District Judge Bruce Romanick.
