The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation is proposing medical fee increases of about 1% to 5% and adoption of new medical-dispute procedures in its annual update to its medical fee schedule and utilization review rules.
The division announced Monday that it has scheduled an Aug. 14 public hearing to discuss the proposed changes to Rules 16 and 18.
