The state Department of Financial Services accused Robin Yencho, an agent at Professional Insurance Advisors of Vero Beach, of producing fake certificates of insurance for Banker's Maintenance & Inspection so that it could obtain building permits for government contracts that require contractors to carry workers’ compensation coverage for their employees.

Professional Insurance Advisors is a family-operated insurance agency at which Yencho's wife is president and his sister-in-law is vice president, according to the newspaper.

All other agents at Professional Insurance Advisors, except Yencho, needed approval from the agency president before placing business with insurance companies, according to the report.

Yencho's Linkedin profile lists the name of the agency as Professional Insurance Advisors LLC.
