Stakeholders Can Apply for Reimbursement From Second Injury Fund, Other Funds Online

Stakeholders who want to apply for reimbursement from the three funds operated by the Michigan workers' compensation system can now do so online. Michigan's Workers' Compensation Agency has announced that it will now accept Form 112: Application for Reimbursement from the Funds Administration through a secure website called the Michigan Data Exchange Gateway.
