Staff Attorney Rejoins Workers' Compensation Court as General Counsel

A former staff attorney, law clerk and judicial assistant for the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court has been named the agency’s general counsel. Erin N. Fox rejoined the court on Wednesday after working as an attorney in private practice and as a Realtor, the court said in a press release. Fox earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
