The Missouri Court of Appeals upheld an award of permanent and total disability benefits to a worker for her injuries to her neck and shoulder, and her consequential depression. Facts: Lydia Pace suffered injuries to her neck and right shoulder in October 2002 while working at the Jefferson City Country Club.
