Officer Hurt on Way to Court Not AOE/COE

The Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, issued a ruling Thursday, 6/20/01, that a police officer injured while traveling from home to court to testify on behalf of the City was not within the 'going and coming rule', and thus not entitled to work comp benefits. In City of San Diego v.
