Most workers with a job-related repetitive trauma do not file for worker's compensation, according to
a study published last year in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. The subjects were 1598 unionized autoworkers in Michigan, with health insurance, diagnosed with neck, upper extremity or low back musculoskeletal
conditions. In this group, 25% filed a worker's compensation claim. Those who didn't file a claim gave the following
