IL Supreme Court Defines Stress Standard

The Illinois Supreme Court in March said that in a 'mental-physical' injury case, the claimant need not show that his stress exceeded the stress experienced by co-workers; rather, claimant need only prove that the usual stress of the workplace is greater than that of the general public.
