Chamber Wants Special Session on Medical Marijuana Law

The Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce is asking lawmakers to delay implementation of a medical marijuana law or at least clarify employers' rights in a special session of the Legislature. "If we could delay implementation, it will give this committee and the Legislature time to be able to put this regulatory scheme in place," Chamber President Fred Morgan said Wednesday, according to Tulsa Public Radio.
