The Missouri Court of Appeals ruled that a state employee was not entitled to an enhanced award of benefits as a penalty for her employer's alleged failure to protect her from being subjected to sexual harassment, and that her employer was not able to use surveillance footage of her activities to defend against her claim since it had never told her the footage existed.
