WCD Issues Bulletins on Worker Leasing Rules

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Friday issued two bulletins with revised application requirements and reporting rules for worker leasing licenses, and new forms.  The updated Bulletins 271 and 273 took effect Sunday. Bulletin 271 describes application requirements for a worker leasing license under Oregon Revised Statute 656.850 and Oregon Administrative Rule 436-180-0140.
