Construction Firm Owners Accused of Winning Bid Through Fraud

The husband and wife owners of a Gloversville construction company have been indicted on charges of defrauding the worker’s compensation system in their bid on a construction project sponsored by the City of Amsterdam Industrial Development Agency.
