A fractured Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a truck driver, who lost his job after receiving three moving violations in a one-year period, did not voluntarily abandon his employment and was still entitled to temporary total disability benefits for his injuries from the collision that was the final straw for his employer.In a per curiam decision on Tuesday, the court explained that under Ohio case law, a worker whose misconduct costs him his job may still get benefits if that misconduct also causes him injury.
