Judge Sets Deadlines for Filings in Applied Underwriters Dispute

A federal judge in Connecticut set deadlines for parties to submit various filings for a case in which an employer is accusing Applied Underwriters of making false or misleading statements relating to the EquityComp program. U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill on Monday ordered parties in the case to disclose affirmative expert witnesses by Feb. 1, 2019, and all defensive experts by April 1, 2019.
