Claimant Accused of Faking Injury, Working while on Disability and Stealing from New Employer

Prosecutors say a New Jersey man faked a worksite injury to obtain $140,213 in medical treatment for a pre-existing back injury, worked under the table for another employer while receiving temporary disability benefits and then stole $16,700 from his new employer's bank accounts.
