WCC Now Requires Attorneys to Register in Web-Based System

The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted a notice reminding attorneys that they must register for web-enabled file management system (WFMS) services in order to practice before the commission. The requirement took effect Monday. Claims by represented claimants now must be filed electronically through the WFMS. New attorney registrations no longer require a registration fee.
