SIP Posts Regulation Modifications

The Office of Self-Insurance Plans has modified proposed regulations released earlier this year in response to public comments, and is continuing the public-comment period until May 28.SIP Chief James Ware said he would issue the final statement of reasons responding to the public comments soon after the comment period ends.
