WCA Accepting Comments on Reappointment of Judge

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration is accepting comments on administrative law Judge Anthony “Tony” Couture, who is up for reappointment. WCA Director Darin A. Chiders is considering appointing Couture to serve another five years after his current term expires Aug. 26. Couture joined the WCA as a mediator in January 2017.
