The Florida 1st District Court of Appeal in part reversed a judge of compensation claims' decision saying injured workers should be compensated for following the advice of their doctors. The court ruled in Florida Hospital Deland and AHS Compnet v. Debra Van Wagner-Vick, No. 05-3596, 10/31/2006, that Van Wagner-Vick should have received total temporary disability beginning Aug. 17, 2004, when Dr. Curt Rausch placed her on no-work status.
