Commission Set to Review Year With Fee Schedule

Until a year ago, Virginia was one of only seven states without a fee schedule for workers' compensation medical services. Now, state regulators are in the midst of reviewing the first year under the schedules, what they have called a transition year. The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission was scheduled to meet Monday morning to finalize the review of the transition year and the consumer price index for medical services.
