Employers Ins of Nev Re-Names Fremont & Care Network

Employers Insurance Company of Nevada, A Mutual Company, (EICN) announced yesterday that it has re-named two wholly owned subsidiaries. Effective immediately, the company formerly known as Fremont Employers Insurance Company will operate under the name Employers Compensation Insurance Company. In Nevada, EICN's wholly owned care management subsidiary, Care Network, Inc., will now operate under the name Employers Occupational Health, Inc.
