Conn. to Have New Insurance Commissioner

Connecticut Gov. Jodi Rell is expected within days to appoint a new insurance commissioner to replace Susan Cogswell who resigned last month as part of an agency-level housecleaning. Six department heads resigned barely two weeks before the start of Rell's new term as governor.
