The Tennessee Workers' Compensation Division on Friday issued a memorandum clarifying how to comply with a recent Supreme Court decision that banned some communication between employers and treating physicians, after a barrage of calls from medical examiners, insurance adjusters, case managers and employers who are confused about how to implement the new ruling.Employers and insurance companies criticize the high court's ruling in Overstreet v.
