Air Ambulance Co. Moves to Seal Records in Reimbursement Case

If Texas workers' compensation carriers had paid what air ambulance company PHI Air Medical billed in 2013, the company's profit margin would have averaged 200% to 300% per flight, attorneys for Texas' largest carrier say.
