The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) removed two doctors from its authorization list for treating injured workers in August, the board said in a notice Wednesday.Dr. Tatyana Kisina, of Brooklyn, was removed from the list on Aug. 9. According to New York Professional Misconduct and Physician Discipline Board records, Kisina was barred from practicing medicine after she was convicted of two counts of insurance fraud and two counts of falsifying business records, all felonies, in May 2007.
