IME, Contractor Bills Pass Ahead of Deadline; Pot Coverage Appears Dead

The Hawaii House of Representatives passed a pair of bills intended to give injured workers more control over independent medical examinations, as well as a measure that would require contractors to provide proof of workers’ compensation coverage, ahead of a key deadline.
