Court Sets Atlantic Mutual Final Bar Date of Jan. 16, 2015

The Supreme Court of New York has issued an order setting Jan. 16, 2015, as the final bar date by which the liquidator of Atlantic Mutual Insurance Co. must receive all evidence for claims submitted by Dec. 15, 2013.The liquidator receives evidence demonstrating that such a claim has been liquidated and that there has been actual loss and/or payment in respect to such claim.Benjamin Lawsky, the state Superintendent of Financial Services and liquidator of Atlantic Mutual, has appointed attorney Scott D.
