Pinnacol Assurance has announced a reorganization involving two management positions.
Mark Isakson, who had been senior vice president of operations, is now the company’s chief customer officer. He will be the senior executive overseeing operations, information services and agency relations.
Quincy Douglass, previously the associate vice president of customer experience, will become vice president of operations, overseeing underwriting, claims, medical operations and customer experience.
