Carl Warren Hires Jeanette Hernandez as Chief Operating Officer

Carl Warren & Co. has hired Jeanette Hernandez as its chief operating officer, the company announced on Wednesday. In her new role, Hernandez’s focus will be operational efficiency of the third-party administrator. Before joining Carl Warren, Hernandez spent six years as vice president and director of claims operations at State Auto Insurance. She has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry overseeing claims teams, and developing key performance metrics and training and audit programs.
