Owner of Moving Co. Sentenced to 16 Months in Prison for Fraud

The owner of a Southern California moving company on Friday was ordered to serve 16 months in state prison and pay $2 million in restitution for underreporting payroll to State Compensation Insurance Fund, the Orange County District Attorney's Office announced.
