Oregon's Workers' Compensation Board will discuss possible amendments to rules allowing filing and serving case documents by email during a March 17 meeting in Salem.
The discussion will focus on whether to amend the rules to say an email filing "should" include a hearing request form. The existing rule says an email filing "shall" include a hearing request form.
Meanwhile, the board's advisory committee will meet March 14 and again on March 21 to discuss attorney fees.
