Response Brief Filed in Salas v. Sierra Chemical

The employer of an allegedly illegal worker who is appealing the dismissal of his Fair Employment and Housing Act to the California Supreme Court is maintaining its stance that the worker's use of a counterfeit Social Security number should bar his action, as the 3rd District Court of Appeal has ruled.
