The U.S. Supreme Court this week distributed the briefs prepared by the parties in a dispute over the constitutionality of California's lien reform efforts for consideration by the justices.
According to the court's docket, the justices will discuss the petition in Angelotti Chiropractic v. Baker at their upcoming case review conference May 19.
The court normally issues a decision as to whether it will grant review of a petition within one to two weeks of the conference date.
