The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission has adopted new rules, effective Sept. 11, for Title 810:1-1-8, electronic data interchange.
Beginning Jan. 1, claim administrators will be mandated to submit all information via EDI, according to electronic record layouts adopted by the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commission in its Release 3 standards.
