Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey signed into law a bill intended to clarify how workers’ compensation carriers can use the tiered-rating system lawmakers approved last year.
Meanwhile, the Senate returned to the House of Representatives an amended bill allowing working members of corporations and limited liability companies to opt in to workers’ compensation coverage.
Ducey on March 16 signed HB 2025, by Rep. David Livingston, R-Peoria, which is intended to clarify how carriers can price risks.
