Governor Signs Rate Deviation Bill; Amended LLC Bill Returns to House

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey signed into law a bill intended to clarify how workers’ compensation carriers can use the tiered-rating system lawmakers approved last year. Meanwhile, the Senate returned to the House of Representatives an amended bill allowing working members of corporations and limited liability companies to opt in to workers’ compensation coverage.
