New York State Insurance Fund (SIF) investigators say a Brewster, N.Y., bartender used a fake name and two Social Security numbers to work an array of jobs while collecting more than $79,800 in workers' compensation benefits.SIF, the state's carrier of last resort, said Nicholas Maffei, 61, filed a workers' compensation claim in 1995.
