California state Sen. Leland Yee doesn't want to be tried on federal bribery and gun-running charges alongside his alleged co-conspirators with aliases such as "Shrimp Boy," "Fat Joe" and "Barry Black." Yee, D-San Francisco, was one of 29 individuals indicted in March that alleges the existence of two separate but related Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.
