Oregon regulators are giving the public an extra three weeks to comment on a proposed rewrite of its worker leasing rules.
The division announced Thursday that it would accept comments on the changes to Oregon Administrative Regulation 436-050 and 436-180 until May 21, an extension from April 30.
Rules Coordinator Fred Bruyns said in an email that the division extended the comment period at the request of Andrea Olson, who asked for a delay during a public hearing on Tuesday. She did not identify her organization on a sign-in sheet for the hearing.
