Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin has appointed two Bowling Green attorneys as administrative law judges within the Department of Workers’ Claims, the department announced Wednesday.
The governor appointed Jeff V. Layson, saying he has 26 years’ experience representing both employees and employers. Layson will serve a term expiring July 14, 2020.
The governor also appointed W. Greg Harvey. Harvey has represented both employers and employees in workers’ compensation litigation since 2003. He will serve a term expiring Dec. 31, 2017.
