Employers Strategizing Against Bills that Reach '90% of Infinity'

Louisiana employers have been complaining for years about paying some of the highest fees in the nation for outpatient surgery. Now they have created a wisecrack description of the problem -- "90% of infinity" -- and are coming up with strategies to fight back.
