WCAB Proposes more Changes to Rules on Practice and Procedure

The California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board on Tuesday posted proposed revisions to five more articles in its Rules of Practice and Procedure and revised its earlier proposed amendments to three other articles. The WCAB is in the process of rewriting its procedural rules, which have not been substantially revised since 1996. On Tuesday the board posted proposed changes to Articles 8 through 12.
