A dispute over the applicability of a one-year statute of limitations to a city employee's asbestos claim is headed to trial, according to a new ruling from the Montana Workers' Compensation Court. The Montana Workers' Compensation Court denied the Montana Municipal Insurance Authority's (MMIA) motion for summary judgment against Robert Lanman's workers' compensation claim.
