Claims School to Tackle Topics Including Compensability, Worker Retraining

The 2019 Oregon Claims School is scheduled to take place Wednesday, April 17, at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland. The educational event is presented by law firm Reinisch Wilson Weier. Topics will include when and how to use modified-duty job offers; determining compensability of conditions; tips for taking worker statements; and vocational retraining.
