Bureau of Workers' Compensation Finalizes Three Rule Changes

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has finalized revisions to three rules that deal with payment for outpatient medication, payment for outpatient medication by a self-insuring employer, and the state’s Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
