A Cleveland woman receiving workers’ compensation benefits was caught secretly working as a patient services employee for a health care company.
Crystal Moore, 31, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony fraud charge, and was ordered to pay the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation $16,048 and serve five years of probation.
If Moore misses a monthly payment of at least $200, she must serve 30 days in jail, according to a judge in Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.
